I think it's okay to stay up late even if school's not yet giving us headaches. I arrived at our dorm early in the morning and planned to stay here while I try to fix my OJT in broadcasting. Somehow, I wanted the school to open because I gave up on the summer season already. Rain would never stop falling these days. And if a few days ago, I was cursing the hot sun for giving me sweaty palms; now I'm praying it'll shine again.
I attended a forum on the illegal mining in Zambales a while ago and I was energized by the heated battle between Atienza and a Zambales mayor. Other reporters were talking about how stupid it was for having both of them because they were only blaming each other.
During the forum I noticed a reporter from IBC news and I took a mental note of her outfit: black long sleeved shirt matched with pearl necklace, and a pair of jeans. At that time, I reconsidered my hopes of becoming a Christina Applegate in the movie Anchorman.
Argh!
